Kaiwai Fiji provides watersports activities, tours, and equipment rentals. All bookings made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or operational requirements.
2. Payments and Fees

All cancellations, no-shows, and refund requests are governed by our specific Refund and Cancellation Policy. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the tiered cancellation fees:
- >3 days notice: 100% refund.
- 48–72 hours notice: 75% refund (25% fee).
- 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund (50% fee).
- <24 hours or No-Show: No refund.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the payment portal.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or “scrape” any content from the Site without express written permission.
